Hello, lovelies! 🥱 happy Monday ~ my schedule changed and I’m working weekends which sucks >< today I woke up not realizing what day of the week it was. Such a bummer I have to work weekends, I have never been so tired – I think my body knows is a weekend so I’m extra cranky.

Oh boy, two days ago I read The Bride Test which if you don’t know is book two in The Quotient Kiss series and wow! Took me 3 hours to finish it and I loved everything about it. The book was absolutely gold, the romance, the comedy, the frustration everything was worth it. The relationship development, the family, angst! I don’t regret saying up until 12am reading this gem. I can’t wait for the third book because Quan was one of my favorite characters during this read. I will need to make a full review because oh my god, I have so many feelings and I see myself re-reading this one again very soon!
Book three sounds equally good, and anything with Quan I KNOW it will be amazing!

When violinist Anna Sun accidentally achieves career success with a viral YouTube video, she finds herself incapacitated and burned out from her attempts to replicate that moment. And when her longtime boyfriend announces he wants an open relationship before making a final commitment, a hurt and angry Anna decides that if he wants an open relationship, then she does, too. Translation: She’s going to embark on a string of one-night stands. The more unacceptable the men, the better.
That’s where tattooed, motorcycle-riding Quan Diep comes in. Their first attempt at a one-night stand fails, as does their second, and their third, because being with Quan is more than sex—he accepts Anna on an unconditional level that she has just started to understand herself. However, when tragedy strikes Anna’s family she takes on a role that she is ill-suited for, until the burden of expectations threatens to destroy her. Anna and Quan have to fight for their chance at love, but to do that, they also have to fight for themselves.
