Hello, lovelies! 🌸 can you all believe we are in August! I don’t know if there’s something crazier than knowing we have reached month 8 of 12, before we know it we will be celebrating Christmas and New Year.
This month was very weird for me. If I could choose one word to define it, it would be: apathetic.
But, let’s not dwell on sad things and talk about what we can control and be happy about: bookish loves, tv shows/movies that made us laugh, and music to dance to.

books: 9 e-books, 3 physical comic books, 1 audiobook;
- THE VERY BEST OF JULY: Hideaway by Nora Roberts
- THE VERY, VERY, VERY BAD: Guardian by Claire Cullen
- THE UNEXPECTED: Love Me Whole by Nicky James
- THE LOVABLE: Heartstopper by Alice Oseman
Music:
I’m the type of person that listens to repeat old songs, but in the month of July I added these two that I absolutely loved:
- Weeekly: Hello
- Chungha: Play
July favorite TV Show/Movies:
The Nanny was on repeat: 6 whole seasons (about 18 CDs with family moments, hilarious situations, and overall good mood) I would get home from work and watch The Nanny just to bring a bit of laughter and happiness into my day!
I bought two new shelves for the books I stayed with, these are the books I have read and loved, and others I kept because I plan to read them. I have a small shelf with my mangas which I hope to find a new place to display them soon! ❤
How was your July? Any book you loved? Recommendations of your favorite tv/movie, the song of the month?
